31st May 2023:
We had a wonderful stay at the secret garden, it was beautiful space surrounded by trees, lots of ground for our 2.5 years son to run around and play. Tent was spacious and beautifully set up. Facilities were clean, comfortable and easy to use. Fridge is available which is great. Hosts are are kind, generous and very sociable, shared useful information about places to visit and explore. We knew from previous reviews that this space is in the garden space of residential home, but it is such big and beautiful quite space, you would not even know you are only 10-15 min walk to town center, leading to Marina. It was a perfect stay for us, so much to see and do around the area. If night are cold it is fresh in a tent, but there is a heater and duvets are warm, so it was all good.
Tips:Milford on Sea - beautiful place for beach time. There is long but very lovely walk to the lighthouse. For people with children - very nice playground overlooking the sea. New forest around beaulieu area is gorgeous, you can see wild horses, donkeys, and other animals.
