Thank you for a wonderful stay! We had a very restful break in your lovely cottage. It was easy to be comfortable from the start, as the arrival arrangements were clear and fuss free and the instructions clear. The cottage was very clean and the facilities of a high standard. One very minor thing was that there were not enough hooks for us to hang coats and towels, but maybe that’s just us!

Jane is a very helpful host who was responsive and helpful throughout. We would highly recommend this cottage - a lovely place to stay.

Little green cottage was perfect just off highest. Very quiet courtyard. Lovely lounge kitchen downstairs bathroom high ceilings make it seem a lot bigger. Very clean had everything you needed. High spec decor and furniture. The bed was very comfortable .powerful shower Lots of info and books and games The parking clock was great could use in all car parks in new forest Wonderful stay would love to come baclk

Booking was very straight-foward. The owner sent us detailed information before our stay on the logistics and information on the local area. Very well managed overall and the cottage was beautifully decorated and maintained.

The location is brilliant for shops, pubs and restaurants. We had a lovely afternoon tea in Stanwell House next door, highly recommend. The cottage is very central so parking is not on site. A parking clock is provided so you get free parking in a local car park a short distance away. Just make sure you stay in a long-stay spot. Also, the loading bay outside the courtyard is for commercial vehicles only, we nearly got a parking ticket when we were loading our car so be vigilant.

Little Green is a perfect retreat for a few days away. The standard to detail and cleanliness are excellent. We have stayed in both of your properties and have found them very comfortable and great value for money. Little Green is extra special due to the lovely comfortable bed upstairs.

Ideally located off the high street with lots of shops. The parking meter ticket is a good addition to the property you can use it in other car parks in the area. We visited Southampton this year and Milford on Sea. We would recommend both of these places. Especially the SeaCity Museum in Southampton. The New Forest is also nearby with lots of walks on offer.

This is a beautifully appointed cottage in a very convenient location. The interior is very attractive. It’s quietly tucked behind the High Street so there is access to all amenities and a short walk to the river. Free parking which applies to all of the local car parks was a bonus. We have stayed at both cottages and would certainly return.

We enjoyed Koh Thai restaurant and the Kings Head pub. You can walk for miles along the coast in the beautiful salt marshes nature reserve.

This was our second stay here and we will certainly come again. A lovely cottage in a quiet courtyard but just seconds from the High Street. It has everything you need including a very nice bathroom and comfy bed.

Fantastic base for exploring Lymington, the New Forest and the Isle of Wight. Recommend Exbury Gardens, or take the ferry as foot passengers to Yarmouth and walk the Freshwater Way. If you like real Italian food, Ciao Belli just around the corner is a must.

Beautiful little cottage fantastically located for everything you could need . Lovely restaurants and cafes are within seconds. The parking clock is a very nice touch which was brilliant for our daily trips to different woods and inclosures. Well equipped cottage which has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard and with good quality accessories - lovely super thick bath towels. Great location in the heart of Lymington with pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops on the doorstep, yet somehow quiet and peaceful even when the Saturday market is in full swing.

Your beautiful cottage had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Everything was immaculately clean and the decor was charming and tasteful. The bed was superbly comfy and you had thought of everything from utensils in the kitchen, fabulous bathroom and shower etc, excellent quality bedding and furnishings, modern TV and lovely courtyard where we could eat due to the beautiful weather. Easy access to the town and yet quietly tucked away from the crowds. The parking clock was superb to use in the town and surrounding towns and villages, thank you! Just had a lovely time in Little green cottage. It had everything we could have possibly needed for a short stay. The attention to detail is amazing and everything was spotlessly clean.

The clock which provides free parking is useful in many of the council car parks. When using it in the car park close to the cottage be advised to ensure you put your car in the long stay portion of the car park. A part of it is 3 hrs max. and you do have to follow the rules despite having the clock.

Little Green was a brilliant find - located just off Lymington High Street meant that we had access to all of the facilities of the town right on our doorstep, as well as being able to get to the brilliant walks in the area. The cottage is really well appointed, and has everything that you need for a short break. The information provided by Jane in advance was brilliant, and meant that our arrival was painless. We'll hopefully be back to visit again!

We discovered the Monkey Brewhouse which does brilliant food and drink, and Koh Thai literally over the road from the cottage for a takeaway.

Fabulous cottage, immaculately clean, every amenity provided, really cosy, great location! Can’t praise courtyard cottage Lymington enough.

Recommend taking the ferry to the Isle of Wight and walking to see the needles, breathtaking. The elderflower restaurant is minutes away and a real treat for a special occasion as is the Pig in Brockenhurst.

Overall a clean and well designed cottage - made for a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Little touches showed a delightful attention to detail. For instance, thick woolly blankets in the cupboards, pretty crockery. The bath was absolutely lush! Only little criticism was that the cottage was quite damp, lots of moisture on the insides of the windows in the morning. Mould could become a problem in the future.

The cottage is perfectly located, in the heart of Lymington, but tucked away so it's lovely and quiet. The cottage was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

We took the ferry to the Isle of Wight for a day. We also explored the New Forest and saw donkeys, ponies and cattle roaming free. The Tall Trees trail is great. We highly recommend Lounges of Lymington, just over the road, for breakfast.

Brilliant location lovely cottage. We did turn off the bathroom fan as it sounded like a small aircraft landing which wasn’t relaxing. Also bed is too high which made it difficult getting in and out of. Not recommend for those with reduced mobility.

Ebike in brokenhurst we’re fab as was escape sailing. The ship did excellent food and the pastie shop was lovely.

Fantastic hidden Gem. Perfect location just off the High Street so very quiet. Couldn't ask for more. All you need is included to a very high standard. We stayed in Little Green which was far bigger than we expected and was perfect for a couple. Owners communication was great too Couldn't be more helpful with a great list of things to do and see in and around Lymington. Only very very small negative would be would prefer earlier check in and later check out but totally appreciate covid times dictate this. Hopefully maybe this will change should covid disappear! We did negotiate a 30 min later check out which was very much appreciated. We shall return!

Where do I start. Day trip to Isle of Wight a must. We were also lucky enough to visit the Hut restaurant unbelievable experience. Also the Terrace at Yarmouth. Day trip to Sandbanks and car ferry over to Studland highly recommend as gorgeous beach and costal walk to see Harry Rocks. Christchurch lovely and a short train journey away. Easy to catch from the town centre with just one change at Brockenhurst. Lovely bike rides along the coast too.

Very central but quiet location just off the High St.So handy for shops and restaurants. A great base for visiting surrounding villages and New Forest. Everything you need in the cottage very well thought out. Comfortable bed and pillows. The parking permit was very handy.

Would recommend Mudeford. Christchurch. Bournemouth for great days out. Plenty other little villages close by. We went on boat trip to The Needles with a stop off on Isle of Wight that was excellent day out.

Easy to follow instructions and information provided in advance of stay. Cottage is nicely furnished and contains all the essentials plus a few extra items to reduce the amount of things you need to take with you or buy, e.g.handwash, washing up liquid, tea and coffee

A walk along the waters edge is very relaxing - we walked in the direction of Keyhaven and enjoyed both the sea view and watching the numerous species of birds. If you like Indian food, Rivaaz at the top of the High Street is good and Eat Pizza at the other end of town was welcoming

Plenty of variety - loved walking through the Keyhaven Marshes (all 3 of them with minor differences to keep up one's interest), Saturday street market and huge range of independent shops with different opening hours. Special place to eat for us was The Haven, with spectacular views and food (mainly fish) to match - loved being able to sit on the deck area with heating and watch the sun set - memorable.

We stayed in the blue cottage and everything was blue which was lovely but we did find the kitchen crockery rather small. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Little Green, it’s such a beautifully decorated, cosy cottage. Everything about our holiday has been perfect …. The cottage is equipped with everything you need, the bed is extremely comfortable, the towels are luxurious; so thick, soft and fluffy, and the cottage is perfectly located for exploring Lymington (including some lovely eateries within walking distance), the New Forest and beyond. We’ve also been very lucky with the weather, which was such a bonus. Oh and another bonus was the car parking permit, thank you for that. Wonderful memories have been created here – we love the cottage, we love the area and I’m sure we will be back to stay again soon.

Ornamental drive through the New Forest stopping to do various walks through the New Forest. Walk Hurst Spit to the Castle. Hengisbury Head walk. Bucklers Head. Beaulieu Motor Museum. Eating within walking distance at The Kings Head & Ship Inn both made us feel Covid safe, plus we thoroughly enjoyed takeaway Fish & Chips from the Blue Ocean.

This is the perfect place to stay in Lymington. Just off the high street in a quiet courtyard. Beautifully decorated and furnished, and spotlessly clean. We loved our stay here - we could not find fault with it. The owners have thought about everything you might need and all done with impeccable taste.

Everything is very close. We loved ‘Lanes of Lymington’ restaurant. Some lovely independent cafes tucked away off the high street.

We hired bikes from Figgures and cycled along the sea wall to Milford. We took the train to Brokenhurst and did a 5 mile walk around the New Forest. We had the taster menu at The Elderflower Restaurant which was fabulous, would highly recommend.

When we arrived at the cottage everything was as Jane had advised. The entry was seamless (mo need to meet anybody) and the cottage was very clean. The cottage itself was very comfortable and cosy, perfect for 2 people. The location was great, just off the High Street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely use it again if we are in lLymington.

Solent Path walk is beautiful. Avon beach is very nice and wasn’t too crowded Hurst Castle - nice walk along Hurst spit to get there of you can get a ferry and don’t want to walk. The Haven restaurant in Lymington Marina The Noisy Lobster in Mudeford

Absolutely loved staying in this quaint cottage located perfectly in the centre of town, just behind the High Street. The cottage was spotlessly clean and has been improved and looked after fantastically. Everything you need is to hand and even a free parking disc is provided for the local council run car parks. The bed was super comfy, so much so we may purchase the bedding online!! Cannot recommend this beautifully converted cottage enough, would loved to have stayed much longer! Thank you Jane for making our stay perfect.

We would highly recommend the Kings Head for a cosy candlelit meal and drinks, a walk down to the Quay is a must and we also enjoyed a forest hack at Coombe Riding Stables just 10 minutes up the road in Sway. We cooked most mornings but ate at the cafe in the High Street which is just next to the cottage and it sure made up to it's slogan of "the best breakfast in Lymnington" !!!

Day trip on public transport to Isle of Wight very feasible. We walked down to the needles and across to freshwater bay and back up river estuary to Yarmouth. I4 miles approx with great views

Lovely spot and very central. It'd be great to have a throw in the lounge as it could be cool I'm the evenings, even with the lounge heater on. And also some hooks near the door for coats! I'm being very particular though. We really did have a lovely stay. (Also, it be very useful to know which car parks can be used for over 24 hours. We got two parking warnings on the windscreen before we has the call the council to find out why!)

Try the Elderflower for a date night meal; it's a real treat! And the market in town on a Saturday morning is great too.
